The AAO's Practice Opportunities Services (POS) is a web-based self-listing program which allows registered providers and seekers to post their information in a secure way. POS online is a free, confidential matching service for AAO members - seekers and providers wishing to hire an Associate, bring in a Partner, sell or transition their practices. As a member benefit, the AAO's POS is accessed exclusively by AAO members.
Orthodontists entering the stage in their career where they wish to bring in a partner to increase their time off, and still maintain quality patient care, can turn to the POS job bank to list their practice confidentially, and search for a suitable candidate which would be a good "fit" for bringing into the practice or sale. Providers wishing to transition their practice benefit from a fully automated, secure website. Providers have the option of listing an opportunity anonymously. Participating in the job bank will give immediate access to the database of AAO members who are interested in practice opportunities.
